Our client, a subscription-based online Kundalini Yoga school, offers an immersive digital platform for yoga enthusiasts. For over 10 years, they have dedicated themselves to illuminating the ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga through a diverse library of workshops designed for modern wellness.

The platform not only serves as a conduit for spiritual and physical practice but also features a curated selection of yoga-related products, including essential oils, attire, and accessories. Operating as a SaaS model, the client has fostered a global community, inviting students to partake in both digital and live workshops aimed at elevating collective consciousness.

Initially, in 2019, the client approached us with a series of challenges that demanded a comprehensive and strategic marketing solution.

+ Product Line Expansion and Launch Strategy: Preparing to introduce two new product lines, including a paid subscription service offering a 14-day free trial and a livestream product, alongside a suite of physical wellness products rolled out over six months.

This included an analysis of their website structure and user experience (UX), traffic and user behavior, SEO efforts, and digital advertising strategies. Such a thorough review enabled us to identify opportunities and gaps in the client's approach compared to the market.



Comprehensive Marketing Audit: We audited the client's overall digital presence, including the website, email marketing, SEO, social media, and YouTube, alongside user journeys and behaviors on the site. This audit led to a SWOT analysis, laying the groundwork for a strategic marketing plan.
